What it is
An agentic coding tool that reads your codebase, edits files, runs commands and connects to your tools. It runs in the terminal, in VS Code and JetBrains, as a desktop app and in the browser. Most surfaces need a Claude subscription or an Anthropic Console account; the terminal CLI also supports third-party model providers.
Install

You are asked to log in on first use.
Commands are copied from the source on the checked date. Installers change; if one fails, the source link has the current version.
